Now-a-days technology are very important role in a life. In present life if we cannot learn about technology then we consider the useless generation. Because every generation are learn with seek of time by the use of new technologies. Now-a-days technology is fully cover the human being life. If we discuss technology than some advantage and disadvantage are face. And if we compare the past life or present life than we can say that the present life are totally change because technology change everything by the time. In past people used to do themselves. That’s why these peoples are strong and powerful. But in present and in future the all work are done by machine and reboots that are fully intelligent. So due to advancement of technology people are lazy But at that technology are very important because to gain the success of life. That’s way the use of technology are very common in life. They use in every field of life such as:

b. Field of Engineering
c. Field of Computer Science
d. General things (common things technologies).
Every fields has its own technologies and advantage. Now we are discuss about the field of computer science and their technologies that are use earlier era and modern era. And also we discuss the effect of computer in human and befits of computer in modern era. All these subject are discuss in phase. So, let’s start the first phase computer history and technologies.
ComputerWe all are knows about computer. “Computer is machine that can use to solve the problem according to instruction”. Now we discuss the history behind the invention of computer.
AbacusAbacus was developed in 600 B.C. the first computing device that compute or calculate the addition and subtraction with the help of wooden beads. In 600 B.C calculation is very difficult so the one mathematician invent first computing or calculating device.
John Napier’s BoneIn 17th century John Napier invent the “Napier bone device”. It was cardboard multiplication calculator. It’s calculate the value manual.
Blaise PascalBlaise Pascal is the first mechanical adding machine that can invented in 1942. The can add and subtract. The repeated of addition and subtraction was the result of the Multiplication and Division.
Gottfield Wilhem Von LeibnitzIt was designed the first calculating machine in 1964 that can calculate the divide and multiply.
Charles XavierCharles Xavier was a French scientist, he developed a machine that can perform DMAS formula.
Punched BoardIt was developed by French Engineer Joseph for Power looms. It was used for waving of clothe but for the rest of time it was used for computing device.
Charles BabbageIt was mathematician, He invented the Difference engine in 1822 and Analytical Engine in 1942. Analytical Engine calculate the 60 addition per minute. Many writer said that the Charles Babbage was the father of computer and many writes the Babbage was the invented the computer because he delivered the idea of computer through invention of two engines. Writer said that computer is only used to solve math equation it used for only math problems and Babbage was also aim to solve math equation that’s why he invented these Engine.
Herman HollerithIn 1889 Herman Hollerith design the Punch card.
Alan TurningIn 1936 Alan turning present the turning machine. The central concept of this machine are based of the modern Era computer.
Development of computer the Era of 1937-19421. Atanasoff was the professor of Lowe University, He Build computer without gears, cams, belt and shaft or etc.2. Hewlett Packard is founded in 1939.3. Atanasoff design the computer to solve the 20 problems or Equations.4. The Mark 1 was developed in this Era. It is also known as Automatic Sequence Controlled Calculator.5. ENIAC was designed in this era. ENIAC stand for Electronic Numerical Integrator and Calculator.
First Generation (1942-1955)1. UNIVAC was also design by in this Era. It was the first commercial and business computer.2. Use of Vacuum Tube.3. Size of computer was large.4. Calculate data in mile seconds
Second Generation (1955-1964)1. William Shockley and his friends was firstly Transistor invented in Bell Laboratory.2. Smaller in size, reliable, consume less energy or etc.3. In 1953, first language are develop by Grace Hopper the name of Language was COBOL.4. In 1954, the team of IBM develop the other Language that’s called FORTON.
Third Generation (1964-1975)1. Jack Kilby invented the Integrated Circuits (IC) in 1958.it was the important invention in computer field. And first IC was used in computer 1961.2. GUI introduced by the first time.3. Bell lab introduce the UNIX Operating system in 1969. That are used in mainframe computer and government entities at large scale. this operating system are written in C language.4. In 1970 Intel introduce the DRAM. DRAM stand for Dynamic Access Memory.5. In 1971, the team of IBM inverted a “FLOPPY DISK” for sharing the data to other computer.6. In 1973 member of XEROX company Robert Metcaffe Develop the Ethernet for connecting the multiple computer with each other and connect hardware.7. In 1974-1975 many personal computer are introduced in market.
Fourth Generation (1975-Present) In fourth generation computer Microprocessor are used. The invention of microprocessor in 1971 but used in between the years of (1975-1976). Ted Hoff was invented by or produce by microprocessor. One microprocessor contain the thousands of ICs. But the change of time ICs rapidly improved. There were two types of Circuits designed first one LSI (large scale integrated) and second one VLSI (very large scale integrated). Due to this technology, the reduced the size of computer. In modern era the example of fourth generation are Apple Macintosh and IBM PC.1. The size of microprocessor is one square inch and it can contain millions of electronic circuits.2. In 1976 Steve Jobs and his friend start Apple computer on 1st April. The computer contain the single circuit board. This was build at the SU (Stanford University).3. Apple introduced the 2nd computer that offer color graphics. This computer was introduced in 1977.4. Rejoice was Accountant and it was introduced the first computerized spread sheet in 1978. 5. Word star the word processing. Word star introduced the word processing in 1979, but at that time only two operation are work these are below. a. Add margins
b. Word wraps
But by the change of time many operation are include that are used in present.End of all development of computer from start to the era of 1980’s. Now we will move on the era of 1980’s to 1990’s. This era of computer was much better and golden era of computer history. So, let’s start study this era and their technology that can change the computer history and change as well as human life or human history or human.
Year 1981IBM introduced the first personal computer that use the MS DOS operating system. Dos stand for Disk operating system. This computer was offer two floppy disk, Intel chip and color monitor. Personal computer was famous as the term PC.
Year 1983Apple introduced the first personal computer in 1983 with the graphical user interference (GUI).At initial stage or initial era this computer was flop but at the change of time evolves the Macintosh. And first pc of apple was successful. This was the first portable computer.
Year 1984The little change of development in computer field. But they cannot on public used.
Year 1985In 1985 Microsoft Announced Windows. The first windows was “window family 3.x, than windows 4.x”. And later on many version were announced by Microsoft in different years. After that some year again small developments were occurs but major development occur in year 1990. That can change the computer field.
Year 1990In 1990 the major development of computer field is HTML, this development complete change the computer field. HTML stand for Hyper Text Markup Language and it was developed in Geneva Laboratory.
